8.Arbitrations:Any dispute arising from this contract shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation.In case no agreement can be reached, the case may be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.The arbitration shall be conducted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time of signing this Contract.The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon bothparties.
